Starting 01/06/2023, Chrome version 114 has been deployed, and since 04/06/2023, Microsoft EdgeVersion 114 also.
These new versions disable the accessibility that is used by EAM to perform SSO.
PRODUCTS IMPACTED
EAM all versions using web browsers based on Chromium open-source (Google Chrome or MS Edge Chromium) from version 114.
ANSWER / SOLUTION
There is a workaround, It is possible to activate in a bypass

Accessibility features in Chrome/Edge are off by default and enabled automatically on-demand. Changes to these modes only take effect until the next time Chrome/Edge is restarted.
To force accessibility to be enabled at launch, run Chrome or Edge with this flag:
--force-renderer-accessibility

For standard versions:

- For EAM 10.02 PL4 b.8001: from hotfix 21
- For EAM 10.02 PL3 b.7777: from hotfix 31
- For EAM 10.02 PL2 b.7622: from hotfix 14
- For EAM 10.02 PL1 b.7482: from hotfix 23
