Description
When upgrading or installing windows 10 the ESSO application does not seem to launch at startup. -
Cause
This is due to a known problem at Microsoft, on some updates the Credential Provider of third party publishers are unregistered. During some Windows 10 upgrades, some keys and values are reset to their default values. -
Resolution
To solve this problem, please launch the installation of the E-SSO msi package in repair mode to set the right values in the Windows registry OR simply run the command line : msiexec /fa ESSOAgent.msi /passive
