in order to delete the cache we can proceed with a local administrator.
you can also try to delete the cache from the console, you choose the accesspoint which you want to delete the cache, and in the action tab you can delete the cache files.
You may also verify the port
in the trace file i can see:
WG SERVER [computername]:3644 for domain IN IS DOWN OR UNREACHABLE
Please verify if the port 3644 is open in the time you proceed the clear cache.
In the QESSO 9 version there is no specific permission in the cache directory (not the case for the 10 version there is some changes on the cache directory that needs to do), so with a local administrator you can proceed a clear cache as well.
The issue may be caused from that the wgss is still running and in this case you cannot delete a file in use. What needs to be done is to stop the service and apply the registry keys(dontrestartsecurityservices). to ensure that the wgss is not running in the time pf the clear cache.
